Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for the Rapid & Rural Logistics (R2L) analytics platforms. You will drive strategic execution across data engineering, data science, and BI teams, building enablement programs and AI-capable problem solvers with scalable playbooks.

You will lead cross-functional analytics roadmaps, influence operational direction with data-driven solutions, and establish transparent metrics to guide leadership investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional experience with tech teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap planning and execution of analytics programs while managing cross-functional dependencies across data infrastructure.
• Translate the AI enablement vision into executable roadmaps and scalable playbooks.
• Partner with operations teams to influence strategic direction and drive operational excellence through data-driven solutions.
• Build workflows for standard analytics processes and best practices.
• Provide transparency into capacity, project health, and delivery velocity for leadership decisions.
