Job summary

Marlabs is seeking a Product Owner (AI & Analytics) to drive delivery of AI, analytics, and data-driven solutions that support business goals. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, own the backlog and roadmap, and ensure delivery teams focus on high-value outcomes.

You will collaborate with data engineers, analytics teams, AI specialists, UX designers, and software engineers to deliver business value. A strong Agile background and Jira proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or related delivery roles.
Strong Agile/Scrum expertise with backlog management, story creation, and sprint planning.
Experience delivering data, analytics, AI, or digital product initiatives in cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

Own and manage product backlogs, priorities, roadmaps, and delivery plans across AI and analytics initiatives.
Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized work items.
Lead Agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and stakeholder alignment.
Collaborate with data engineers, analytics teams, AI specialists, UX designers, and software engineers to deliver value.
Manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, risks, and changing requirements throughout the lifecycle.
Support governance, release planning, change management, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
