Job summary

SingleStore seeks a principal, hands-on product leader to own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution for a cross-cutting AI/SQL and analytics portfolio. You will shepherd Aura Analyst, AI/ML functions, query optimization, and observability, unifying experiences across a cloud-native database platform.

You will drive analytics-driven product improvements, collaborate with engine, AI platform, and SRE teams, and mentor PMs while partnering with customers to translate feedback into measurable

Qualifications

• Proven capability to define multi-release roadmaps for AI agents, skills, MCP servers and observability tools.
• Ability to translate customer problems into clear product requirements and metrics.
• Strong leadership across engineering, design, SRE and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for Aura Analyst, AI agents, and MCP servers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver observable, testable, and high-quality features.
• Define success criteria, prioritised backlog, and prioritized projects across multiple domains.
• Drive field engagement and align with Sales, Solutions, and CS on performance and diagnostics.
• Write PRDs, guide UX and implementation, and ensure timely launches.
• Establish metrics for adoption, performance, and cost, and use telemetry to iterate.
