Job summary

McKinsey & Company, Inc. seeks software engineers, data scientists, and product leaders to advance AI-enabled analytics for global clients. You will work across S&OP, production planning, scheduling, and logistics with a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful results.

You’ll collaborate on agentic AI systems and digital twins, contributing to Kedro, ARK, and enterprise solutions while growing your expertise at the intersection of technology and business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s or PhD in computer science, machine learning, applied statistics, mathematics, engineering or artificial intelligence.
• 5+ years of deep technical experience in operations research/optimization or related data science work.
• Programming experience in Python, C++, Java.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to build AI and analytics platforms for supply chain optimization.
• Develop and apply operations research methods to client challenges in end-to-end planning.
• Contribute to open-source projects and AI tooling to enable scalable solutions.
