Qualifications

• 5–8 years of industry experience in production ML.
• Strong Python programming and production-quality code.
• Proven experience with Spark/Databricks and distributed data processing.
• Expertise in feature engineering, model development, evaluation.
• Experience in NLP, Deep Learning, or Process Mining.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines for large datasets.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Statistics, Math, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, evaluate, and optimize ML models for task detection, behavioral pattern recognition, and process mapping.
• Own the complete ML lifecycle from data exploration to deployment.
• Design and develop scalable data pipelines for multimodal enterprise data.
• Process and analyze large datasets using distributed platforms.
• Ensure data quality through validation and monitoring frameworks.
• Mentor junior data scientists through reviews and guidance.
