Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Senior Manager, HROC Digital Solutions & Innovation to lead digitalization initiatives within the Remote Optimization Center. You will partner with operations, engineering, data science and Group Digital teams to drive AI-enabled solutions, advanced analytics and automation that improve plant performance.

As a senior leader, you will guide the analytics portfolio, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion innovation while delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as CS, data science, stats, math or engineering.
Proven experience leading analytics, ML, or AI initiatives from ideation to production.
Strong understanding of data science methods, model lifecycles, feature engineering, evaluation, and deployment.

Responsibilities

Identify, prioritize, deploy, and scale digital solutions to improve HROC services and plant performance.
Drive adoption of AI, analytics, automation, digital twins, and decision-support tools.
Provide leadership for HROC data science resources and project portfolio.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, CCC SMEs, Group Digital, and external providers to deliver performance gains.
Manage SparkHub and innovation sessions; maintain an innovation pipeline aligned with priorities.
Evaluate and implement innovative solutions for continuous improvement and digital transformation.
