Job summary

Aventis Solutions is seeking a high-impact Manager of AI & Digital Analytics to lead analytics, AI strategy, and digital insights across a growing hospitality portfolio in the US. You’ll translate data into actionable business outcomes, collaborate with technology and commercial teams, and shape the AI roadmap for customer experience, marketing, and operations.

The role offers remote-based work with hubs across major markets, a strong bonus program, and a path to Senior Manager and Director

Qualifications

• AI/Analytics leadership delivering measurable business value in a complex organisation.
• Strong digital analytics experience across customer journeys and experimentation.
• Genuine interest in GenAI; experience with LLMs, OpenAI, Azure AI, AI agents, or RAG is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of modern data environments; data engineering, cloud platforms, APIs, data warehouses.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; ability to work independently with data and collaborate with engineers.
• Ability to develop AI use cases across CX, marketing, operations, revenue, and personalization.
• Experience prototyping new ideas, testing technologies, measuring outcomes, and scaling.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to senior stakeholders without jargon.
• Connecting analytics and AI to revenue growth, retention, efficiency, and experiences.
• Experience mentoring analysts, data scientists, or engineers; influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI & Digital Analytics strategy and roadmap for hospitality portfolio.
• Identify opportunities where AI creates measurable business value and deliver production solutions.
• Collaborate with technology and business teams to implement analytics initiatives.
• Translate data into decisions that improve customer experiences and operations.
• Coach and mentor analytics professionals; influence cross-functional teams.
