Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking an AI Analyst/Developer to join our AI and Digital Transformation journey. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data Analytics, and cloud platforms across our global operations.

You will design AI-powered solutions, build copilots and dashboards, and collaborate with business teams to drive productivity and efficiency using modern analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed within the last two years in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, data analysis, machine learning, generative AI, Azure, Git/GitHub, or Power Platform.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• AI, machine learning, or software development project experience.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, automation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and building AI-powered solutions, copilots, chatbots, and intelligent automation capabilities.
• Support Generative AI initiatives using modern AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop prompts, workflows, and prototypes that help improve employee productivity and business efficiency.
• Participate in AI proof-of-concepts and innovation projects.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using modern analytics tools.
• Support data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Partner with business teams to understand challenges and identify innovative solutions.
• Evaluate opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline workflows.
• Help measure and communicate the value delivered by AI and analytics initiatives.
• Develop and enhance applications, APIs, and integrations that support AI solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow software development and technology best practices.
• Support user training and adoption activities.
• Help educate employees on AI capabilities and responsible use practices.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and AI best practices.
