Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an AI Developer to join a new AI team in Dallas. You will prototype, build, and productionize AI-powered applications, agents, and workflows that translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business value.

The role spans generative AI, agentic workflows, and applied ML, requiring a strong software/data engineering foundation and a passion for learning new tools in a fast-evolving field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience shipping software, data, or AI/ML apps in production.
• Proficient in Python and writing tested, maintainable code.
• Working knowledge of SQL and at least one cloud data platform (Snowflake/Databricks).
• Hands-on experience building apps with LLMs or generative AI APIs (Claude/OpenAI/Azure OpenAI).
• Familiarity with Git, testing, CI/CD, and design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to learn new tools/frameworks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, build, and productionize AI-powered applications, agents, and workflows.
• Collaborate across data science, engineering, and business teams to turn AI capabilities into business value.
• Work with Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and Claude SDK to deploy end-to-end AI solutions.
