Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, engineering, construction, IT or related field.
• 5–7 years construction-related experience with BIM/virtual design and construction.
• Fluency with AI-enabled tools and ability to apply tech in construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of digital construction, geospatial, BIM/VDC, and AI-enabled tools across solar projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and apply AI solutions.
• Analyze workflows to document requirements and prioritize AI use cases based on value and feasibility.
• Manage digital workflows and construction tech resources to improve project outcomes.
• Ensure VDC/BIM models are up-to-date and meet project needs.
