PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. in Katy, Texas is seeking an AI Analyst to drive AI and digital construction initiatives on solar projects. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions that improve field execution, decision-making, and operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes BIM/VDC, data-driven problem solving, and scaling technologies across pursuits and projects with a strong emphasis on training and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of construction-related experience with BIM or digital project delivery.
• Fluency with AI-enabled tools and applying tech in business or construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and workflows.
• Experience implementing VDC/BIM and geospatial solutions.
• Ability to manage BIM models with design/trade partners.
• Ability to translate project requirements into digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of digital construction, geospatial, VDC/BIM, and AI tools across projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply AI solutions improving workflows.
• Analyze workflows to define problems, document requirements, and prioritize use cases.
• Manage digital workflows and department-level process improvements.
• Ensure multidisciplinary models remain current and standards-aligned.
• Support BIM execution plans and roadmaps; assist rollout and testing.
