Job summary

Dynatrace LLC is seeking a Partner Sales Director for AI Alliances, App Builders & SaaS to own alliances with key app builders and AI SaaS partners and drive co-sell motions that generate partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.

You will develop executive relationships, lead joint GTM campaigns, and collaborate with product and marketing to ensure Dynatrace is the preferred observability layer as AI apps move from prototype to production.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, technology alliance management, or cloud ecosystem GTM.
• 3+ years in a Director or senior leadership role with direct partner revenue accountability.
• Fluency in PLG metrics and enterprise co-sell disciplines, including free tier activation and $200K+ ACV co-sell processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Dynatrace's alliances with prioritized App Builder and AI SaaS partner accounts.
• Activate Sell To, With, and Through partnerships and position Dynatrace as the recommended observability layer.
• Own Dynatrace's presence at anchor events and AI builder community conferences.
• Develop executive relationships with VP/C-suite focusing on business development and integration into marketplaces.
• Meet and exceed quarterly co-sell pipeline and manage cosell process with partner accounts.
