Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager III for AI Agents Development in Cloud Infrastructure to lead end-to-end programs deploying autonomous AI agents across global data centers. You will coordinate software, hardware, site operations, and security teams, and communicate tradeoffs to executives.

You will guide multi-agent coordination, RAG pipelines, and deployment workflows, mentoring teammates while converting complex requirements into actionable backlogs for production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience driving technical software programs in an engineering organization.
• Experience building or deploying AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the DCOps AI Agent roadmap from concept to deployment and scaling.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across Software Eng, Hardware Logistics, Facility Operations, and Security teams.
• Manage release processes for AI Agent deployment in production environments.
• Collaborate with system architects to design scalable agent platforms (multi-agent coordination, RAG pipelines, Tool Use/MCP).
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, model drift, and data pipeline delays in autonomous systems.
