Job summary

Google is seeking an AI Agents Development Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution, delivery, and scaling of autonomous AI systems that optimize global data center operations. You will partner with software, hardware, and site operations teams to build robust, production-grade software that integrates into active DCOps systems.

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience driving technical software programs in an engineering organization.
Experience building or deploying AI agents.

Responsibilities

Drive the execution of the DCOps AI Agent roadmap from concept to deployment and scaling.
Manage cross-functional dependencies across Software Eng, Hardware Logistics, Facility Ops, and Security teams.
Manage release processes for AI Agent deployment and transitions to production environments.
Collaborate with system architects to design scalable agentic platforms (multi-agent coordination, RAG pipelines, Tool Use/MCP).
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, model drift, data pipeline delays, and operational risks in autonomous systems.
