Job summary

McCormick & Company, Inc., a global leader in flavor, is seeking an AI and Agent Product Manager to support digital transformation initiatives within the RDQR function from our Technical Innovation Center in Hunt Valley, MD.

You will translate business needs into analytic, automation, data science, and AI-enabled workflow solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and technology partners to drive adoption and value tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, CS, Eng, Food Science or related field.
• 4–6 years in analytics, automation, digital transformation, product management or related work.
• Experience supporting digital, analytics, automation, or AI-enabled products or workstreams.
• Experience gathering business requirements and developing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting testing, adoption, stakeholder communications, or value-tracking activities.
• Strong communication, organization, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support AI and digital workstreams and defined RDQR digital products.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Prepare roadmap and prioritization materials.
• Support business-case and value-tracking activities.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing, feedback, and adoption activities.
• Prepare project updates and stage-gate materials.
• Partner with business and technical teams.
