As a Product Manager for Agent Development at Eloquent AI, you will lead the development and evolution of our enterprise-grade autonomous AI agents, ensuring they deliver real business impact. You’ll work closely with engineers, AI researchers, and customers to shape intelligent, action-driven AI solutions that handle high-stakes conversations at scale.

You will be responsible for defining, building, and optimizing AI agents, translating customer needs into cutting-edge AI capabilities. This role requires both technical acumen and product leadership, bridging the gap between AI advancements and enterprise adoption.

You will:

• Define and drive the AI agent roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineers and AI teams to design, test, and deploy highly functional AI agents.
• Engage with customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and refine agent capabilities.
• Translate complex AI concepts into actionable product strategies and intuitive user experiences.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to enhance AI agent performance and automation capabilities.
• Analyze agent performance metrics, iterate on improvements, and drive adoption across enterprise clients.
• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, incorporating the latest developments in LLMs, RAG, and autonomous AI systems into product innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, enterprise SaaS, or automation technologies.
• Proven track record of leading technical product development, from concept to deployment.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong experience working with AI-driven applications, NLP models, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), and AI infrastructure.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• You have hands-on AI experience, particularly with LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI model fine-tuning.
• You have worked with AI-powered automation tools or enterprise conversational AI.
• You have basic coding knowledge (Python, TypeScript, or React) to prototype and experiment.
