About the role:

Are you someone who loves to build products and is curious about the technology stack used? Have you worked in technical roles at some point in your career and enjoyed them (software developer, engineering manager, or architect)? We are looking for Product Owners to enable the delivery of high-quality financial/payment products in a fast-paced, challenging, and creative environment. You will work with business heads and engineering partners to drive strategy, roadmap, and execution of a product area to build high-quality products and systems.

Expectations:

• 2–5 years of product management experience, preferably in logistics, distribution, or field force management platforms.
• Software development experience & understanding of maps, addresses, location-based services, and geographical intelligence is a plus.
• Proven skills in first-principle thinking, problem-solving, and product design.
• Ability to navigate and break down complex problems with ease.
• Comfort with data analysis, debugging, stakeholder alignment, and working with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with third-party stakeholders & vendors, with an understanding of APIs (geocoding, reverse geocoding), mapping SDKs (Google, MMI), and operational stakeholders. Experience with these services is a plus, but willingness to experiment with new APIs & scripts is essential.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to build scalable solutions.
• Effective communication of product vision, progress, and KPIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for wireframing, prototyping, documentation, data analysis, and insights generation.
