Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Technical Product Manager for the AI Agents Platform in Seattle. You will own the Agent SDK and MCP SDK, shaping the developer experience and driving adoption across Java, Python, and Go.

You’ll partner with engineering and business teams to deliver a scalable, governed platform used firm-wide. You’ll influence strategy, develop roadmaps, and measure success metrics like adoption, reliability, and time-to-production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI product management or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of AI development lifecycles and analytics.
• Proven ability to drive product lifecycle activities and requirements definition.
• Experience with AI/agentic products and platforms, including LLM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product strategy for the Agent SDK and MCP SDK across Java, Python, and Go.
• Maintain a product backlog aligned to the roadmap and value proposition.
• Improve developer experience with starter kits, docs, and tooling to reduce time to first governed agent.
• Drive interoperability with external agent frameworks using MCP and A2A standards.
