Traba, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join as a founding member of the Agents team. You will help build an agentic platform that synthesizes marketplace data and operates autonomously inside customers' supply chain workflows.

This 0-to-1 role involves working with founders, ML teams, and early design partners to define workflows and product strategy. You’ll collaborate with engineers and product teams to shape the evolving model ecosystem, design production agents, and ship

Qualifications

• Experience launching customer-facing AI products where systems take meaningful actions
• Ability to work across engineering and ML teams in ambiguous startup environments
• Strong product judgment and first-principles thinking

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward product strategy for Traba’s AI agent platform
• Balance user needs with technical constraints and evolving AI capabilities
• Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineers and ML teams
• Prototype ideas rapidly with customers and design partners
• Design agent systems that reason through workflows and execute work
• Define evaluation systems and quality frameworks to improve reliability
• Use data to identify patterns and inform product and system decisions
• Communicate complex concepts from system behavior to user experiences and business impact
• Collaborate across all levels and departments to socialize work
