You will write code, test ideas, and ship improvements in a fast‑moving environment while learning from mentors. You’ll connect agents to tools, manage context, and ensure safety in tool calls, memory, and sessions.

This role emphasizes curiosity, proactive problem solving, and clear communication to unblock teammates and progress quickly in real tasks.

Qualificações

• Proactive about learning and building hands‑on AI agent tools.
• Familiarity with prompts, tool calls, and context windows.
• Ability to communicate progress, blockers, and ideas clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Build and improve MCP servers and clients: tool definitions, inputs/outputs, error handling, examples.
• Experiment with agent memory: what gets saved, retrieved, and how it affects task quality.
• Wire tools and memory into an agent loop and monitor confusion, latency, or errors.
• Make small, clear changes to unblock teammates: docs, tests, and friction removal.
• Turn rough ideas into working demos and iterate based on results.
• Pair with experts, then take ownership of the next slice.
