Job summary

Orbis is seeking an AI Agent Engineer in the United States to design, build, and operate multi-agent workflows that support triage, data retrieval, summarization, reporting, and escalation routing.

You will own internal tooling, intake and self-service, and drive adoption and enablement to ensure the capability is used effectively.

Travel is occasional (up to 10%) to McLean, VA or team offsites as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of proven experience translating user requirements into wireframes and workflows.
• Must have 1-year proven experience utilizing Claude or similar commercial offering to build AI agents.
• Experience building multi-agent workflows and explaining designs to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows in production.
• Explain systems to non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into workflows.
• Own intake, self-service, and enablement for AI capabilities.
