Job summary

ScottsMiracle-Gro is seeking an AI Agent Engineer to own the agent development lifecycle from design to deployment and iteration. You will build production-grade agents using Sierra, LangChain, and related frameworks for customer service, e-commerce, and internal workflows.

You will lead platform mastery, promote best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure success, ensure security, and scale agent solutions across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field.
• 3+ years of software engineering with 1+ year AI/LLM integrations.
• Strong Python and API design; React/TS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ADLC from requirements to pilot and deployment.
• Design agent architectures, multi-channel deployment, and guardrails.
• Collaborate with Digital and CS teams to track metrics and governance.
