Job summary

OpenArt is seeking engineers to join our team and turn fast-moving market trends into products users love. You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and GTM, spotting opportunities in generative AI and rapidly prototyping ideas that become production features.

You’ll contribute to OpenArt Agent and Arena, evaluate latest video and image models, and translate insights into better user experiences while balancing speed, quality, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-stack engineering experience shipping production software.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered agents or applications with real users.
• Familiarity with agent harness concepts: tool use, context/memory management, multi-step planning, sub-agent orchestration.
• Solid data modeling and schema design skills for real product use cases.
• A strong AI-assisted coding practice using tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Product sense to make agent experiences trustworthy and delightful.
• Clear communication to explain agent behavior and trade-offs to teammates.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and iteration of OpenArt Agent and other OpenArt products.
• Build and evolve OpenArt Arena, creating intuitive experiences for exploring generative AI models.
• Partner with product, design, and GTM to turn market trends into compelling product capabilities.
• Evaluate video and image generation models for quality, capabilities, and real-world use cases.
• Prototype and ship innovative projects inspired by new models and shifts in user behavior.
• Deliver polished frontend experiences in React and Next.js, end to end.
• Communicate trade-offs between speed, correctness, and scalability clearly.
