Job summary

Worldpay is seeking an AI Agent Designer to join the AI Strategy team and shape the future of global commerce. You will design AI-powered workflows, author agent blueprints, and lead discovery workshops to drive automation and productivity across the organization.

The role requires collaborating with senior leaders, translating complex processes into structured requirements, and evaluating emerging AI technologies to guide the next generation of AI-enabled work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, product management, consulting, process design, or related role.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate into structured requirements, workflows, or tech solutions.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, or data-driven tech.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving to influence decisions.

What You’ll Own

• Design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences that transform how work gets done across Global Payments.
• Partner with business leaders to identify high‑value opportunities, translate business challenges into agentic solutions, and define future‑state ways of working.
• Create agent blueprints, workflow designs, requirements, and success metrics that enable engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions.
• Lead AI discovery workshops, map complex cross‑functional processes, and uncover opportunities for automation, augmentation, and productivity gains.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and agent frameworks, helping shape the company’s vision for the next generation of AI‑enabled work.

What You’ll Bring

• 5 years+ of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, process design, solution design, or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business and technology leaders.
• Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, or data‑driven technologies.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decision‑making.

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, knowledge management, RAG architectures, or AI product development.
