Job summary

Scale AI is seeking an AI Advisory Consultant to lead the center of gravity for client engagements, shaping advisory work with the Principal, and delivering market research, impact sizing, and workshop materials. You will manage timelines and cross-team coordination, crafting a coherent, proven narrative for client conversations and building reusable learnings from each engagement.

You will also develop AI-powered templates and workflows to accelerate delivery, while maintaining rigorous thought

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience. Experience on AI strategy or transformation projects strongly preferred.
• Structured, analytics-driven problem solving — turning messy inputs into a clear POV.
• Excellent communication — exec-ready first drafts of findings and materials.
• History of diligence and organization across multiple workstreams.
• Technical credibility. No engineering degree required; push back when the architecture or accuracy story doesn't hold up.
• Hands-on with GenAI in daily work — can point to concrete examples.
• Commercial instinct. You think in business levers and spot upsell opportunities.
• Willingness to travel 30-60 percent, including international trips.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the core advisory work: market research, impact sizing, synthesis, and workshop materials.
• Run the engagement day-to-day: timelines, trackers, and coordination across teams.
• Build the case ahead of client conversations for pre-sales and thought leadership.
• Turn engagements into reusable knowledge with debriefs and pattern materials.
• Build AI-powered workflows to speed delivery and set up baseline tracking.
