Culture Amp is seeking an AI Adoption Contractor to audit and optimize our Growth Marketing tech stack. You will automate manual work, support our team’s judgments, and ship AI-powered improvements directly inside our tools.

The role focuses on hands-on execution with strong documentation, reporting to Lifecycle & Marketing Operations leadership, and a ~6‑month engagement with flexible hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience working across marketing and revenue technology tools, building or configuring AI-assisted or automated workflows.
• Working familiarity with growth-marketing tool categories: conversational marketing (Qualified), intent/ABM (6sense), sales engagement (Outreach), event or gifting platforms (Sendoso/Splash/Bevy).
• Track record of spotting manual, repetitive processes and finding practical AI-driven automation solutions.
• Comfort as an embedded, fixed-term contractor with fast ramp-up and strong documentation.
• Good judgment about scope, execution focus over strategy/governance.
• Strong written communication.
• B2B SaaS growth-marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit current tech stack to identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
• Support strategy development and execution for AI-powered marketing motions within owned tools.
• Lead in-platform execution for AI-enabled emails and workflows, including prioritisation and measurement.
• Drive AI-powered personalisation and conversion workflows across multiple tools.
• Prioritise opportunities with the team based on impact and effort.
• Build and ship AI-driven workflow improvements inside the tools.
• Align with Marketing Operations and AI governance standards.
• Document builds for ongoing maintenance and hand off.
• Deliver a structured handoff before engagement ends.
