Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise literacy programs for diverse workforces.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI adoption and workforce enablement strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Assess AI readiness and capability gaps; develop targeted adoption strategies.
• Create learning experiences, playbooks, and hands-on programs to enable practical AI use.
• Partner with AI Product Owners to plan adoption, training, and launch support.
• Identify barriers to adoption; propose interventions to accelerate value realization.
