Brown & Brown is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive enterprise-wide AI workshops, enablement programs, and coaching across Georgia, Dallas, and Florida. You will partner with training and operations to scale role-based journeys, build AI literacy, and foster responsible AI adoption.

The role focuses on translating business challenges into practical AI solutions, removing adoption barriers, and building a COE framework to govern and measure impact across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, workshops, enablement programs, or educational content.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ensure AI tools are consistently used and integrated into daily work, not just explored.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AI workshops, training, enablement programs, office hours, and coaching across levels.
• Facilitate workshops with executives, managers, and frontline employees.
• Manage workshop operations: intake, scheduling, communications, follow-up, reporting.
