CEdge Inc, an innovative IT consulting firm, is seeking an AI Adoption Coach for the Product Development Lifecycle in the St. Louis metro area (St. Louis/O'Fallon, MO).

The role requires guiding AI adoption across PDLC, coaching senior leaders, and shaping AI strategy for a major client.

The candidate will bring 12–20+ years of tech experience with 5+ years in AI/ML/data transformation, and a background in consulting or executive education is a plus. Strong cross-functional influence is essential.

Qualifications

• 12–20+ years of overall technology experience.
• 5+ years in AI/ML/data transformation.
• Experience leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Background in consulting or executive education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define phased AI adoption roadmap across the PDLC that aligns with business objectives and ties each initiative to clear value.
• Influence cross-functional teams including product, engineering, devops, security, and compliance.
• Redesign workflows to leverage AI capabilities, not merely automate existing steps.
• Drive measurable results while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
