CEdge Inc is seeking an AI Adoption Coach for Product Development Lifecycle-based initiatives in St. Louis/O'Fallon, MO. The role involves guiding senior teams through AI-enabled transformations and delivering high-impact strategies.

You will work with world-renowned technology experts, lead cross-functional efforts across product, engineering, and security, and shape how AI capabilities are applied to real-world business problems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12–20+ years of overall technology experience.
• 5+ years in AI/ML/data transformation.
• Consulting, cloud-provider, enterprise architecture, or executive-education background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define a phased roadmap for AI adoption across the PDLC that aligns with business objectives.
• Bridge product, engineering, devops, security, and compliance to coordinate AI improvements.
• Redesign workflows to fully leverage AI capabilities, not merely automate existing steps.
• Lead with measurable results while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance and iterating based on data.

Experince Required:

Look for 12–20+ years of overall technology experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML/data transformation, instead of requiring 10 years specifically in GenAI.

The ideal candidate may have a consulting, cloud-provider, enterprise architecture, or executive-education background rather than a purely software-engineering background.
