Qualifications

2+ years in trust & safety, fraud, risk, compliance, or similar decision-off policy role.
Ability to apply evolving program rules consistently.
Write clear decision rationales and customer-facing communications.
Adapt quickly to new/revised processes and maintain detailed records.

Responsibilities

Review applications and eligibility for trusted access programs against criteria.
Provision, suspend, and revoke access following runbooks and maintain records.
Monitor organizations for policy violations and unusual activity, escalate with evidence.
Draft customer notices and coordinate with account teams on approvals and changes.
Handle disputes, re-evaluations, and reclassifications with context for re-review.
Identify gaps between criteria and cases; suggest improvements to runbooks.
Provide surge review support during launches and report on queue outcomes.
