Job summary

DexKo in Novi, Michigan is seeking a Head of AI Acceleration to drive AI strategy across the enterprise and accelerate adoption from idea to production with measurable impact.

You will lead the enterprise AI roadmap, empower AI Business Partners, and foster a culture of experimentation and responsible AI use while ensuring alignment with business goals. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives
• Strong track record of driving execution and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Experience operating in a matrixed organization
• Familiarity with AI, data, and advanced analytics

Responsibilities

• Drive Adoption and Business Impact: Ensure AI solutions are adopted and embedded into how work gets done
• Shape And Execute AI Roadmap: Translate enterprise strategy into a prioritized, actionable AI roadmap
• Build Organizational Capability: Develop AI capability via AI Business Partners and enablement programs
• Drive Enterprise AI Execution: Collaborate across business units, CoE, and external partners on end-to-end AI initiatives
• Orchestrate a Federated AI Model: Coordinate across Central AI, Business Partners, analysts for model governance
• Standards, Governance, and Ways of Working: Develop standards for use case development, deployment, lifecycle, ROI
• Provide Visibility To Leadership: Report pipeline status, initiative progress, and business impact to ELT
• Key Interfaces: Liaise with C-level, BU leaders, AI partners and Central AI teams
