Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking an AI Acceleration Engineer (Associate) in Dallas to prototype and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML solutions that address critical business needs. You will own end-to-end development from ideation to deployment, collaborating with business and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 5 years of hands-on AI/ML development experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions.
• Experience building and deploying end-to-end AI apps using LLMs and related frameworks (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG).
• Strong Python proficiency and AI/ML framework experience (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical architectures and concrete implementations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps for deployment & management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to lead or contribute to cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML models and applications from ideation to deployment.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to translate requirements into architectures.
• Architect, implement, and deliver scalable AI solutions within GS ecosystem.
• Promote knowledge transfer via documentation, training, and mentorship.
• Stay current with AI advancements and evaluate new tools and practices.
