Job summary

Branson Scenic Railway is seeking a Gift Shop Sales Associate in Branson, MO to handle daily sales, assist customers, and restock within our on-premise gift shop. You will offer recommendations, provide product knowledge, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires the ability to stand up to 8 hours, lift up to 20 pounds, and work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. This is a seasonal, non-exempt position with hourly pay of $15–$17.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is strongly preferred.
• Cash handling and POS experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases and returns.
• Maintain inventory and restock items as needed.
