Job summary

LOFT Outlet in Branson, MO is looking for a Sales Lead to mentor a team and deliver personalized shopping experiences. You will work with the Store Manager to model brand standards and step in as manager when needed.

You will drive customer engagement, coach associates, help onboard new hires, and ensure the store remains visually appealing and operationally strong while supporting an inclusive, high-energy team environment.

Qualifications
