Qualifications

• Previous experience with preschool-aged children is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA/AA/BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Passion for early childhood education and child-led learning.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
• Must complete required background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
