Job summary

Procter & Gamble (P&G) is hiring entry-level AGV technicians for our Southeast Fulfillment Center in Jackson, GA. You will develop and demonstrate skills in automated distribution, operate equipment, troubleshoot, and maintain records. The role includes equipment ownership and training peers to maintain efficient, safe warehouse operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain an efficient AGV operation using SEFC SOPs.
• Identify, report, and eliminate defects in AGV operations and connected systems.
• Develop technical mastery and train others on AGV equipment.
• Participate in DDS and Shift Change meetings; communicate inefficiencies.
• Own equipment/area programs and support AGV area operations.
• Cross-train and flow to different technology systems at the site.
• Collaborate with site Operations to maintain cohesive and flexible operations.
• Adhere to Quality Assurance and Site Safety requirements.
