Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking entry-level ALPS technicians for our SEFC site in Jackson, GA. You will operate automated distribution processes, monitor equipment, perform health checks, and support continuous improvement across ALPS systems.

You will be part of a team focused on safety, quality, and efficiency while growing technical expertise and cross-training across technologies. This role offers full-time employment in a modern, high-tech facility with advancement potential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Leverages various systems to monitor and maintain an efficient ALPS operation.
Actively identifies, reports, and eliminates defects within ALPS operations and connected systems.
Develops technical mastery within ALPS and trains others.
Participates in DDS and Shift Change meetings and communicates observed inefficiencies.
