Job summary

University of California, Davis seeks an AgTech Workforce and Community Education Specialist to coordinate and manage trainings, engage communities, and document program outcomes under the AIFS umbrella. You will work with the Director and stakeholders to design workforce development trainings on agricultural technologies and to support grant proposals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in related area.
• Continuing education in related field required.
• Experience developing and delivering trainings and curricula.
• Experience delivering trainings to groups, online and in person.
• Experience developing workforce development trainings and/or programs.
• Proven portfolio of trainings; strong presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office365 Suite and Google tools.

Responsibilities

• 70% - Training coordination, facilitation and documentation.
• 25% - Project coordination, development, strategy and evaluation.
• 5% - Strategic outreach
