Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a North America Agricultural Technical Training Intern to assist in developing and delivering training for dealer technicians, field personnel, and internal staff. You will work with engineering, product management, and training teams across North America, including centers in Nevada, Iowa.

The role offers hands-on experience with agricultural equipment, training materials, and instructional design, with a full-time summer schedule May through August while students

Qualifications

• Pursuing at minimum a Bachelor's Degree
• Active enrollment in college for the internship program
• Interest in agricultural/industrial training and tech communication

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of technical training for dealer technicians and staff
• Assist with training prep and content development
• Participate in field activities and demonstrations
• Help evaluate existing training materials for improvements
