Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post‑graduate degree

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers, dealers, and OEMs through troubleshooting calls and emails
• Assisting in the delivery of training sessions for both internal and external audiences
• Providing support at events, demonstrations, or testing activities
• Collaborating with the Technical Support team to address customer inquiries and escalated issues as needed
• Documenting common issues and contributing to knowledge‑sharing resources to improve customer support processes
