Job summary

Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company seeking an Agronomy Technician to support turf and ornamental care across our landscapes. You will perform IPM-driven treatments, apply fertilizers and pesticides, and maintain detailed usage records while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes on-site work, adherence to label instructions, and teamwork to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance for our Southeast properties.

Qualifications

• Experience applying fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and insecticides per label instructions.
• Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management and turf/ornamental care.
• Ability to maintain accurate records of products used and applied.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and treat turf and ornamental issues as they arise.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides and insecticides according to label instructions and safety procedures.
• Prepare and mix products per label specifications and safety directions.
• Operate tools, vehicles, and equipment safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and vehicles and keep accurate records of products used.
• Complete all required work-order communications and documentation.
