Job summary

Keystone is seeking a dependable backup to the Applicators in Indiana. The role involves supporting outbound/inbound Agronomy products, operating tender trucks, and helping with equipment and grounds maintenance.

Strong communication, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will collaborate with the location team to ensure accurate records, inventory checks, and responsive service during busy seasons.

Qualifications

• CDL required or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization and judgment.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and attention to detail.
• Must work with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and team orientation.
• Willingness to work extended hours during busy seasons.
• Territory and agriculture knowledge is a plus.
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus.
• Acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to provide product to custom application equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Maintain facility grounds including mowing, spraying weeds, and snow removal.
• Communicate daily activities to the location manager.
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations and procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals.
• Serve as a backup to Applicators.
