Job summary

Keystone Cooperative in Indiana seeks a general backup to the Applicators to support agronomy operations. The role handles product movement, equipment fueling, grounds maintenance and records as required.

You will communicate activities daily to the location manager and assist with inventory measurements during busy seasons. Ideal candidates have a CDL, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused, energetic attitude.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Customer service oriented and a team player.
• Must work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to service custom application equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance in all tasks.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Maintain facility grounds including mowing and weed control.
