Nutrien Ag Solutions in Harmony, MN is seeking an experienced agronomy professional to join our team. You will plan and develop customer crop plans, strengthening client profitability and sustainability while expanding trust as the agronomic partner of choice.

The role requires 2+ years in agronomy, leadership in agriculture, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in agronomy.
• Leadership experience in agriculture or related education/work.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work additional hours to meet business needs.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Plan and develop customer crop plans, including fertility, crop protection, and seed portfolios.
• Strengthen customer business plans, profitably and sustainably.
• Expand customer's trust to be the agronomic business partner of choice.
• Integrate and position proprietary products into customer business plans.
• Recognize and communicate company finance programs when applicable.
• Keep confidential customer information, accurate records, and organized business plans.
• Make safety a daily priority.
• Other duties as needed.
