• Ensure safety and procedural compliance during weighing process.
• Keep office supplies stocked and office equipment in working order.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain organized files and documentation.
• Support the agronomy team with scheduling deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain customer account information in multiple software systems.
• Perform various accounting functions; collect deposits/payments and assist with reconciliations.
