The position works mainly in an office setting with some site duties; there is data entry in multiple software systems, basic accounting tasks, and coordination of deliveries and pickups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; agriculture-related education is a plus.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work in an office with occasional visits to warehousing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate the scale to weigh trucks and agricultural products accurately.
• Record and maintain weight data in the system.
• Ensure safety and operational procedures during weighing.
• Maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide service.
• Maintain organized files and documentation.
• Support agronomy team with deliveries and pickups scheduling.
• Maintain customer account information in multiple software systems.
• Perform accounting functions including deposits and statements reconciliation.
