Responsibilities

• Operates the scale to weigh trucks and agricultural products accurately.
• Record and maintain weight data in the system.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures during weighing process.
• Keeps all office supplies stocked and office equipment in working order.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain organized files and documentation.
• Support the agronomy team with scheduling and coordinating deliveries and pickups.
• Maintains customer account information in multiple software systems and data management.
• Performs various accounting functions: deposits/payments and reconciliation.
