Method Search Consultants is seeking an Agronomy Sales Specialist to cultivate deep relationships with producers, promoting agronomic products and services. You will use data-driven insights and on-farm visits to tailor solutions that boost profitability and sustainability.

The role emphasizes achieving sales and margin goals while maintaining rigorous account records and collaborating with the Location Manager and Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of ag sales experience with a strong track record of success.
• CCA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep relationships with customers, gaining insight into their operations, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions that make a real difference.
• Use maps, digital tools, and agronomic expertise to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Promote and sell agronomic products and services through on-farm visits, phone calls, and digital communication.
• Set and achieve measurable goals in sales, margins, and customer growth.
• Maintain accurate account records and communicate progress with the Location Manager and Operations team.
• Provide exceptional customer service—resolving issues quickly and turning challenges into opportunities.
