Job summary

GPAC is seeking an Agronomy Sales Representative to build relationships with growers in the assigned territory and deliver expert crop input recommendations and agronomic guidance.

You will act as a trusted advisor, developing season-long plans, solving field challenges, and driving yield and profitability for producers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in agronomy sales, crop consulting, ag retail, or production agriculture.
  • Strong understanding of crop inputs, agronomic practices, and grower decision-making.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for helping customers succeed.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused culture.
  • Applicator license or CCA is a plus.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers across the territory.
  • Develop customized recommendations for seed, crop protection, fertilizer, and agronomic programs.
  • Scout fields, evaluate crop conditions, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Partner with customers to develop season-long crop plans that drive results.
  • Prospect and grow new business within the assigned territory.
  • Stay current on agronomic trends, product innovations, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with operations and agronomy teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer support.
